JemPak has a state-of-the-art facility for monodose (unit dose) production. We manufacture:

• Monodose automatic dishwasher detergents
• Monodose laundry detergent (liquid)
• Monodose laundry detergent (powder)

This facility has a blending system and a number of manufacturing lines, and produces powders or liquids in single use packets. Our equipment is fully automated.

As part of our process, stand up pouches or tubs can be filled in final packaging.

We participate in package design as appropriate for the customer.

Quality assurance and quality control is built into every step of the process.
